"I don't know that I have ever complained about a product via the internet before. I am now over 30 days past the initial order being placed and and 11 days beyond the promised delivery date. The package has been in the same tracking status since April 18th. My inquiries have been met with the same response which is a link to the shipping company and a promise from them that "It will be there in a few days". As a warning to others, DO NOT utilize this service. "
"I placed 3 orders, one has arrived and is ok, one has arrived and is absolutely not like on the pictures (it's a net, that is supposed to be a square and is everything but a square, so bad that we couldn't use it) and the third one has disappeared. Trying to log-in to Fruugo, it says the username does not exist - which is weird, as the had sent us emails...
I should have read the feedbacks before actually ordering from them!

"Placed an order on the 30th of March and paid. The order has never been received. After posting this they are going to revert saying that my case is with their agent. However, there is no agent responding and nor are they reverting with any information. Ive been cheated and my monies have been taken and there is no feedback."
"My order was never shipped, the money was taken immediately. It appears to be some sort of scam. You cannot followup with customer service. I understand the owner is based in UK, the CEO is a Mr Dominic Allonby, I am now taking legal action, through companies house in the UK."
"If you live in the US you will not get your order and will never be able to get in touch with a customer service representative they operste on UK time! Stayed up all night trying to reach them and got them same recording office is now closed, when it should have been opened. "Do not order from fruugo. Also make sure when ordering online the seller is not linked to them , that's how they get you. You will not get your order. Waiting weeks on your order , some people even months. You have to hound them and then you'll get a message that your order has been lost in transit . They will give you a refund eventually if you hound them enough . This company seriously needs to be investigated!!!.. They are holding on to people's money for weeks and months. Trust pilot are not giving honest reviews, have a look at other reviews online , you'll see the truth. Also on their Facebook page they have deleted loads of comments from customers who didnt receive items. They're an online scam company. Do not order from them!!.."
