"my experience with fumfie was honestly great. john who i spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful with my decision on which camcorder to purchase and accessories that are necessary. and i did shop around and found them to have the best prices. one thing i'm on hold for right now to hopefully resolve is some of the generic batteries they sell are not 100% compatible with the canon camera i purchased. it works but doesn't show you how much battery life you have left or how many more minutes before it dies like the original cannon. just a heads up. just got off the phone and customer service has taken care of the problem. awesome."
