"The price was great for what I ordered BUT be aware that before they will ship the order, they may insist that you call "verify information on your order." At this time, they will try to sell you more stuff. Then, I got an email saying the address was wrong on my credit card. When I called to check on that they said,"Oh yeah, we called the credit card company and verified that." I wish they had sent me an email saying it was resolved. Because I was unhappy about these two things, I got a call from a customer service person who offered me a free SD card to compensate for my inconveniences. I appreciate that they called to find out what I was unhappy about, though I wish the guy would have just apologized and not tried to justify. The camera is great! Exactly what we wanted and the price was out of this world. I got a whole selection of extras free with it and even with the extra battery I got convinced to purchase with it the whole price was STILL less that I would have paid on Amazon."

"My only issue was that they didn't make clear that the battery bundled with the camcorder only lasted 30 minutes of shooting time. It just said 'rechargeable battery pack' and when bought direct from Sony it would have been a better battery. after I placed my order, I got an email saying I needed to call one of their sales reps and was told that part of the deal was a half price battery (it didn't say anything about this when I ordered the camera). Bit sneaky of them but I guess that's why it was $100 cheaper than Amazon!

Other than that though, no complaints!

Got a call from the guy at Fumfie and he apologised that the webpage for the camera wasn't clearer about the battery. Said he'd send out an 8GB card and a mini tripod for my troubles. I would have given 3/5 stars originally but the description for the stars said 2 was 'Somewhat dissatisfied' so I went with that. Changing to 3 because of their customer relations efforts.
