"Saw a great deal on a Nikon D300s camera. Placed the order, they contacted me to confirm my order. After several questions, I found out it's a "Grey" market product (aka "import" that's not covered under Nikon's USA warranty). Needless to say, I cancelled the order. Beware, Fumfie's 1 yr warranty is really just a 90 day full warranty through themselves, not any authorized Nikon repairer. Their extended 3yr and 5yr are through MacCam.com and CPSCentral.com, whom Fumfie claims are authorized Nikon repairers. Nikon says that they will NOT allow any authorized repairer in the US to touch an imported Nikon. US Nikon cameras have serials that start with the number 3. Of course, Fumfie fails to mention any of this information on their site. Fishy - don't you think?"
