First of pros i found here its customer support, i didn't have any single problem so far that i didn't resolve on GearBest support center and that its biggest thing in online business for me. "So originally I had Gearbest as an above average company, with lower quality items for much cheaper prices and good customer service.

This has gone downhill big time recently. I have had three orders which were cancelled due to going out of stock. The first two were ok, minor items for which I was refunded, however not in full probably due to some exchange rates. Sometimes these things happen, stock is not taken well or whatever.

However my third item was a really nice looking headset which I had ordered two months prior to editing this review. This item was postponed from shipping TWICE (once after a month, and please note that I was NOT notified until I went on chat to see what the hold up was, and then again after two weeks). After two months waiting, I excitedly come on to the day where my item was supposedly meant to be shipped, only to find it out of stock and suddenly Gearbest "don't know when it will arrive". This is ridiculous and borderline illegal: taking orders and money for items which are nowhere near close to being in stock.

To rub salt into the wound, every time I went on chat, whoever was at the other end was talking like a chat bot, and probably was one. There was zero empathy and zero personality. I have never before, anywhere, felt like I was just a number to a company.

For this reason I'm reducing their numbers. They will never receive another order from me, and hopefully this review makes more people avoid the trainwreck that is Gearbest until they sort out their issues."
