Fare acquisti su uno store che si trova dall'altro lato del mondo pone sempre qualche dubbio, per cui condividere la mia esperienza con GearBest può aiutare i dubbiosi a chiarirsi le idee.
Ho fatto un po' di acquisti sul sito, iniziando con prodotti di poco valore per testarne la qualità e la bontà del rivenditore. Ormai adesso acquisto senza timore tutto ciò di cui ho bisogno.
L'acquisto è stato perfetto. Ho ordinato alcuni prodotti dal magazzino in Cina. Già in fase di acquisto mi veniva indicato la data approssimativa di spedizione e di consegna merce. Ovviamente dovendo fare un "bel viaggetto" i tempi non sono brevissimi, a patto di prendere una spedizione express e pagandone il relativo costo. Ho scelto la spedizione Italy Priority, gratuita per il mio acquisto. La spedizione è tracciata e si può seguire passo passo tutti gli spostamenti del pacco. Gli aggiornamenti della spedizione, però, non sono in tempo reale (finché non è in Italia) ma ritardano in media 24/48 ore. Il pacco ha rispettato la tempistica indicata in fase di acquisto ed è arrivata nei tempi previsti.
Il mio voto, a dire il vero, fa riferimento anche al servizio clienti per un prodotto acquistato in precedenza. Il problema è stato risolto velocemente e con professionalità."
