"Nach gut 18 Monaten Erfahrungen mit Gearbest muss ich von einer Zusammenarbeit leider gänzlich abraten. Man möchte gern glänzen wie Amazon, AliExpress oder eBay, aber es funktioniert vorn und hinten nicht. Anfänglich fand ich wenigstens die Preise noch recht günstig, dies hat sich während Corona aber auch sehr geändert. Viele Produkte gibt es mittlerweile woanders deutlich günstiger, mit besserer Qualität und vor allem mit echter Garantie und Rückerstattung bei Bedarf.

Bei fast jeder Bestellung gab es irgendwelche Schwierigkeiten, insbesondere extrem lange Lieferzeiten und mehrere Abbrüche nach wochenlangen Warten auf bestellte Ware, nichts für verwöhnte Freunde von eBay oder Amazon-Prime! Kommunikation wird absichtlich klein gehalten bzw. erfolgt von angeschlossenen Händlern überhaupt erst keine Reaktionen auf gemeldete Probleme. So lösen sich wahrscheinlich schon 90% der Anfragen von allein, der Rest wird vom Gearbest-Support mit ominösen G-Punkten und Teilgutschriften auf die tolle "Brieftasche" (Wallet / internes Buchungskonto) ohne jedes Pardon abgewiegelt.

Wenn dann mal noch etwas kaputt geht, ist der Service komplett am Ende. Die versprochenen Garantien (lebenslanger Service) sind leider nix Wert, versucht doch mal ein defektes Gerät auf eigene Kosten zurück nach China zu schicken ...

Spart Euch die Zeit und Nerven und bestellt wo anders.
