I pacchi arrivano ben confezionati e conformi alla descrizione degli articoli acquistati, se poi non lo dovessero essere basta chiedere subito il rimborso alla consegna.
Per quanto riguarda la spedizione i tempi di consegna sono abbastanza lunghi,ci vogliono almeno 15 giorni lavorativi massimo 30 per ricevere gli articoli e se poi non arrivano entro i giorni stabiliti bisogna richiedere il rimborso e volendo so può accelerare la consegna pagando una tassa a seconda entro quando volete ricevere gli articoli.
Per il resto sono molto soddisfatto di questo negozio e dei loro servizi :)

Once I gave them a review of a product with 3 stars and they refunded it , even thou I did not complain to customer service . The last product I bought was "Alfawise HQB - Q32TWS Binaural Wireless Bluetooth Mini Earbuds" . I'm happy with it ,the sound is great ,battery autonomy close to spec (thou that depend of sound volume) ,shipping to Serbia was 9 days total (3 day in Serbian post due to weekend) excellent . From other China shops I'm happy if the shipping is under 30 days . They have a lot of discounts and actions so I put wanted items in favorites and wait . They usually send news letters that relate to your favorite list .

"I ordered this umbrella from GearBest to use as easy to carry help on rainy days. It was delivered in a reasonable amount of time taking into account that is not easy for a shipment from Asia to Europe just amid the usually slow summer season.

Item came as described , vey well packed in a protective enclosure. It has been working properly as expected. So far so good.

Price also seemed very competitive in comparison to other dealers. That was not my first order from Gearbest, and hopefully will be many others in the future.

"- This is the 2nd claim for the GearBest service, and for the same purchased item.
- I made my first order at GearBest PORTUGAL site at last 17th April, for a Smartphone .
- I have purchased a Blackview BV8000 Pro smartphone, with "2 years european warranty" counted from the arrival date of the item - 1st Jun 2018.
- Suddenly, last 29th June 2019 afternoon my usual PIN didn't work and I can no longer access my phone.
- This had been working good since 1st June 2018 to last 29th June afternoon.
- I've claimed at BlackView Forum. I've noticed that there are several people with the same problem, and they're furious with that problem. The PIN code changes itself (http://bbs.blackview.hk/viewforum.php?f=191, see the "Pin Code Changed By Itself" topic). The forum administrator himself told that: "the problem has been tracked long time ago, but the tech team didn't solve anything, actually.". So there's a bug software, witnessed by this administrator.
- I've also claimed this situation to the manufacturer - Spain branch and Hong-Kong Headquarters. They don't anything about this problem, and strangely they answered that "our software team got no such feedback".
- Meanwhile, BlackViewd requested me "to talk to Gearbest for after service". So I've claimed to Gearbest last 03rd July 2019.
- I've explained several times to Gearbest, that my smartphone has 3 PIN codes: The Android PIN code, the SIM card PIN code and the PIN code to unlock the screen phone. This one is different from the PIN code for the SIM card. And I know for sure my PIN code for screen unlock and for SIM card. Suddenly, this screen PIN code changed and didn't recognize my usual PIN code. The same problem for other clients with the same BV 8000 Pro model.
- I've also explained to Gearbest about the bug software witnessed by this administrator, concerning to this bug software.
- The worst part, is that I've loads of photos and movies stored in this smartphone, and without this problem solved I can't recover this information. Besides, I didn't backup none of these photos and movie files to a cloud - google drive or google photos.
- Yesterday Gearbest proposed me a free repair or "resend a refurbished item", but Gearbest says that "The shipping fee for sending the product back to us will be the customers responsibility and is non-refundable."
- Besides of this additional cost, I don't have the garantee that the smartphone will be lost or the stored files (photos and movies) will be erased.
- Gearbest also proposed 50$ points for future orders or 50$ refund to my original payment account. This don't pay my stored files - photos and movies.
- Gearbest also informed me that's impossible to do a remote backup of my stored files.
- This is very bad for GearBest and I'm very desapointed with that.
- This can not be serious! GearBest is not a serious and trust online purchase site!"
