Their customer support is pretty good, and they have several warehouses in the EU, which is very handy because the shipping is quicker than from the China warehouse and you don't have to pay customs tax and VAT. But even from the China and Hong Kong warehouses items arrive usually in about 2-3 weeks which is very good.
