“No, not a waste of time We required your model number for the item you ordered, because it's often ordered incorrectly. We determined these knobs don't fit, we refunded your payment in full, and also sent an email stating this, along with a link to the correct knobs. We have no possible way of controlling what's going on with your email. We know as you read this you are thinking "I looked in my junk and spam" but there is much more to it. Your work may have a firewall, or your internet provider blocks emails before you ever see them. Whatver the case may be, you should clearly have seen that we refunded your payment awhile ago and it should have posted.
