Front End phone people have no idea what is going on in Claims, in fact the phone people are generally unhelpful. Could not get guarantee of coverage for several days. It is a stressful enough time.
Cumbersome to submit a claim. Unclear that a claim has been entered. Web Site is not current
Bottom line - Clean up the Customer Experience on the front end of a claim."
