"Tried to use it for legit medical services abroad, in a cheap country, so that my refund would be less than the cost of insurance, and they refuse to pay on the excuse that the itemization for services provided is not standardized. An insurance that promises to work anywhere should know that multiple administrations abroad will have different standards in reporting expenses. But this is a very convenient excuse not to pay my refund. So, another insurance that only walks with your money. Will never use again."

"We used the coverage for a family of 5 on two week travel. My daughter got sick once and we contacted the Geoblue travel insurance via the app. We had a telemedicine call from a Doctor in the UK who gave us the advice and what to do next.

"We traveled to the UK recently and unfortunately lost a prescription that my wife needed along the way. We reached out to GeoBlue to try to help us in getting with this issue and to try to get a telehealth appointment for advice and to try to get a replacement. The telehealth system didn't work and we couldn't book an appointment in their system, and they couldn't for us either. After working with their call center for several hours and speaking with various different reps, they came to the conclusion that they couldn't help us and didn't know why their system wasn't working for us, and the only thing that we could do would be to travel back from our AirBnB in the country to a city for an appointment with a doctor, or to wait a few days and hope the system would work again. We decided to work with the health care system in the UK directly for an alternate medicine, which we were able to get (thank goodness, but no thanks to GeoBlue). I have since reached out to GeoBlue a few times since September 10th after returning from our trip to discuss this issue, and as of September 25th writing this, I have not received a response. "
