An insurance that promises to work anywhere should know that multiple administrations abroad will have different standards in reporting expenses. But this is a very convenient excuse not to pay my refund. So, another insurance that only walks with your money. Will never use again."

1. This was my first experience with the product: The process was a bit confusing. I wanted to create an account for myself but listed my husband first on the coverage. At the end, they said that my log in would apply to other BC/BS products, so does that mean that my husband's account is now my email address and this new password? Very confusing and not warned ahead of time. I would actually really like someone to get back to me about that. Account creation should be separate from coverage information. Also, I put the ages for when we would be traveling and had to go back and correct it for our ages right now. You should make that clear up front. (after this was submitted, I had to cancel that policy and create a second policy with myself listed first, then everything worked correctly)
2. This was my second experience with the product: I bought for my minor son. I was required to do it under my account, as the adult parent. Now when I log in to my account, i see my son's name instead of mine. I contacted customer service who just said "his policy is valid." I'm glad it is valid since I paid for it - but that doesn't answer my question. When I log in to MY account, I should see MY name! And then there can be a place for policies and who is covered, or minors who have coverage under my account, something like that. Please put my name back on my account when I log in. "
