An insurance that promises to work anywhere should know that multiple administrations abroad will have different standards in reporting expenses. But this is a very convenient excuse not to pay my refund. So, another insurance that only walks with your money. Will never use again."

"First, I was unable to complete the enrollment process online. Then, I called the 800 number. No answer. I gave up. Three weeks later, and soon to depart, I tried the 800 number again. Talked to a delightful agent who took time to lock down my coverage. Mission accomplished.
Second, I downloaded the app before my travel. Then, I loaded my 'certificate number'. No dice. The system didn't recognize me. I tried again with the same result.
Conclusion... this was waaaaay too difficult and it made me question the validity of the coverage. My thought was, if I actually need this coverage, it will be a pain to make a claim, and likely impossible. The GeoBlue experience made me question everything. So, next time... I'll choose another carrier."
