"I purchased these snaps, along with the handsetter device. No matter how you try, the snaps do not compress properly with their tool. When I called to request a refund, and a shipping label, I was told that wouldn't be possible - that its a technique issue, and that to resolve it, I should purchase their press machine (which is $129). If the snaps won't work with their hammer/anvil device, they shouldn't be sold that way. I would have disputed the purchase with my credit card company, but I did not make contact within the 7 days, because I didn't need to use them right away. I've never had a problem with General Tools snaps (set with hammer/anvil) - in this case, you definitely get what you pay for. "
