"I have the Heavy Duty Press for Grommets, Snaps, Buttons, etc. I also have die sets for ring snaps. The videos are very helpful and the tool works well. My two complaints are that I am easily able to find the press machine plus 3 sets of dies for less than the cost of the GoldStar press alone. My second complaint is that it is not always clear what is needed. Other sites do a better job of suggesting. e.g. if I buy a grommet die set, then suggesting a hole punch die set would make sense.

I did have to follow-up with GoldStar because I did not initially order both the top and bottom die sets necessary to attach spring snaps. The customer service rep was extremely helpful and responsive."
