in which they did away with customer
service contact, they decided to redirect
all customer support via telephone and
utilize the personnel for fulfillment, sounds
noble doesn't it, but very frustrating.
At which point I waited a few days, and decided
to cancel my order which I communicated by email,
exactly two hours later I received an email stating that my
order had coincidentally was in the process of being shipped,
I immediately emailed them to restate my desire to cancel my
order to which they replied, sorry too late for that, order is already
processed.
Incidentally, I've bought at least one firearm in the past, and the service
used to be above average. The main reason for my disappointment, was that
high volume competitors I also had orders pending with were all accessible by
phone, with a live person, should of left someone on the phones.

They also sold me an item that they did not have, the purchase was made with a gift card that was discarded after the transaction went through, 1 week later after recieving the 1 item I reached out to find out what was going on, 5 days later I was told that 1 item was refunded (to a card which was discarded) and the others were to be sent out from another facility, this was 2 weeks ago. “Unfortunately because it says on our end that the package was successfully delivered the only thing we can do is try and contact USPS to verify they did in fact deliver. Packages aren't insured if they go missing after delivery. We attempted to put in a Mail Search with USPS.”
