"Found it, bought it and was excited about getting the limited run rifle. 2 weeks later, I log in to check status of my confirmation number and no order on record for payment of gun. I’ve got an emailed receipt, confirmation number but account with GB shows no record. Customer service is filling orders, and I get that absolutely! But I’m starting to get concerned that I’ve not received a follow up email to acknowledge order is still in queue. I’ve never dealt with GB before so I’m not familiar with their operations...I completely understand things will take longer with the pandemic but I wished communication was better...."
