Prompt, professional, and courteous, Gina explained their policy on exchanges. Unfortunately, I missed the window for reporting any errors with my order. LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR! The error is mine and mine alone. I didn't look at the date of my order before I called, I didn't check the contents of the order when I received it, and I made the initial mistake when I ordered.
