"My order was stolen from "in or around" my mailbox - this is how USPS described the location of delivery.
Gun Mag did follow everything on their end properly. I do wish their shipping was closer to the order date, which is why I gave the company 4 out of 5 stars.
Garrett, the customer support rep was very professional and respectful in all our exchanges via email. I am looking forward to getting my order soon.

"Gun Mag Warehouse LLC is my go to, no questions asked. Right now they are wading through congressional legislative red tape and that's the reason for delayed shipments. If you have purchased from them before, was there any delay? I think not. Again, Gun Mag Warehouse is my go to, end of story."
"Excellent business. I do all my shopping online, with the exception of clothes and groceries. However, it seems the standard for online companies is to take near 3 weeks to get you your order. Due to recent legislation, I was under a time crunch to purchase my mags, and chose this business. They were flooded with other orders from people in my state doing the same thing. I expected a long wait, and was concerned I wouldn't get my mags in time.
Once ordered, I got an email confirmation saying it would ship in 2 days. Pretty dang fast if you ask me. Well, 2 days came and went. Then the weekend. Nothing. I told myself Monday after 5 I would email them to see if my order would even arrive before the mag capacity law hit.
But I never had to. They emailed me that day saying the acknowledged the delay, and were doing everything possible to get orders out prior to the law taking effect. I was pretty impressed,I have never had an online company take the time...especially when slammed, to email their customers unsolicited to assure them they feel ok about the delay.
Not only that, I got my mags 3 days later, week before the law took effect. This company is 1 of only 2 I have done business with and would recommend to a friend.

"Placed an order, and for some reason could not get my order to print. Having faith I waited a week hoping to here from them. I did but it was a thank you for your order. I contacted them and explained I could track my order because I didn't have an order number. I then received a computer reply on things were backed up and someone would look into it for me. They as gave me a ticket number to refer too. Then two days later I receive an e-mail from a real person, Garrett, who sent me a copy of my order and said it would get shipped shortly. Personal service. Yes, I will Absolutely buy from them again!"
