"I've had good luck with previous orders but this time the USPS triangle shipping tube did not have the ends taped shut appropriately. 2 of the 3 items on the order fell out of the box during shipping - one can see the gap where they slipped out. There was also no packing material of any kind to keep contents contained. I reached out by phone to a nice person that said an RMA agent from the company would respond in 24-48 hours. It would be better if I know what the process was to get this corrected - and why it will take so long to get this resolved. Seems likely this will take another 8-10 or ore days on top of the original 7 days. Better communication and better packing would have helped."

I paid the price and you said it would let me know when shipping would occur. You took payment on my card and the next day had to return payment because you didn’t have the part. It was now obsolete."

"I tried this website, after finding out that the parts from the dealerships in Mexico were twice as expensive (or sometimes even 3 or 4 times more) than paying for the shipping and fees from this website. I just had a minor issue where I had to send an email to remind them about sending my order, and I asked a question about a part including a seal. They told me that it was not included, so I order it too, and surprise. It was included in the other part all along. Besides that, great option for us looking for parts in Mexico."
