"I bought a 600W light from them and when it came it had loose glass inside the bulb. I told them and they asked me to send a picture of it to them. The first picture(s) they didn't like , so I sent them some more. I wrote to them because nothing seem to be happening. They wrote back and said they would replace the bulb. I was waiting and still no bulb, I wrote again and they finally sent it. This bulb costs around $40.00 and they did replace it, but it was a hassle and they should have done things in a more timely manner."
