"I used this fan as part of the kiln vent assembly I built to put negative pressure inside my electric kiln to vent the gases outdoors. Just a small amount of kiln gases and a large amount of fresh ambient air move through the fan so it runs very cool. It works very well and time will tell whether the fan will hold up to possible corrosive gasses flowing through it."
