"when I ordered the 2 55 gallon lids, everything indicated that I was going to receive the CLAMPS which hold the lid in place. every picture of the lids showed the clamps and I think it mentioned them also. second problem, it took months for the lids (without clamps)to arrive. third problem, I could not get in touch with anyone by phone. unless you send me the clamps, I will never use your site again, nor will anyone I know."
