"Purchased a gallery wrap by artist Al Hogue and there was a slight issue and called over the weekend and the message informed me to call back during normal business hours and I decided to email their customer service and received a response as their website stated. Responded with the information requested and within a short period of time I received a resolution to my situation. I found iCanvas' Customer Services excellent and Ayanna you are wonderful !!!!! . I got a resolution that I am very satisfied with and will have a wonderful canvas artwork that will grace my walls. I recommend them highly and when they have a sale it is so very worth it.

"I want to return something. The website says they gladly accept returns. I contacted them by email. They have not responded. I tried calling them multiple times but all you get is a machine and no one has responded to my voice mails. The website does not tell you how to return an item it just says to contact the company. But i cannot return the product because the company is impossible to contact."
