"This site is too good to be true but it actually exists! I have ordered from them a few times and I was worried when they mentioned that they ship each canvas separately but its packed with TLC and I have gotten each of the 12 of many canvases I will get, on time and when 3 or 4 are shipped the same day, UPS gives all of them to me the day of delivery and all together if I order 3-7 paintings in one order. I was SO SO happy when the UPS pulled out my huge painting and I saw the size. Laughing and ran into the house like a kid. That was like the best feeling. I was so shocked by the size of the canvas.
The quality of each canvas has been amazing thus far. I ordered a large canvas on sale and I did not expect the painting to be as huge as it is. The XL paintings have to be humongous. The pictures are so perfect I just imagine how they do it in their warehouse."
"I ordered a 40X60 canvas through Wayfair.com. It arrived 10 days later with defects all over it. It was such a horrible work of craftsmanship, it was hard to believe it wasn't a joke. I have photos to show where it was improperly cut, it had a smear of something unidentifiable on the front of the canvas, it was scraped on two corners, and the canvas was not pulled tight enough around the entire cheap, wooden frame, so it buckled and warped on the bottom and top of the canvas. The whole thing was just horrible. I contacted Wayfair who ordered a replacement for me, however, when I contacted iCanvas with my complaints, they wouldn't speak to me. They said they would work it out with Wayfair. I will never use iCanvas, ever. Stay away from this garbage company and their garbage customer service. I paid $264.00 for a piece of crap!"
"We had ordered a canvas, which was delivered completely broken (both the outer and inner frame were broken), unsurprisingly after we saw the flimsy packaging. Anyway, our replacement canvas came a week later.
Both the replacement canvas and the original canvas had the same manufacturing defect with some paint marking in the upper right corner (see pictures attached).
To quote iCanvas, "That is not a defect. With our items, we do print all of our canvas's with mirrored edges, meaning the border of the front facing image would be mirrored as to provide an extension so that the canvas material can be stretched around the wooden frame."
After pointing out that we never had that issue with other web sites, iCanvas responded "I am not sure how other website print their items, but I assure you, this is the manor that we print our items."
No offer of a credit whatsoever...
So beware if you order from iCanvas, you will have the same issue..."

RE: Color/technique modifications: I've seen other sites offer replicas of various art pieces that "enhanced" the originals with color, techniques changes, even style changes. ICanvas provides a replica of the original."

"The picture arrived before expected date and was in perfect condition, however the light in my room didn’t show up the colors very well in the picture. I decided to return it and choose another one that was brighter colors.
