Although the phone had no damage, scratches or dents I claimed a “good” condition because I’ve sold phones before and these companies can be really picky. After a few days they contacted me to say my phone did not meet their “good” standards. They claim it had a deep scratch in the glass which was simply not true. After a couple more days they sent a counter offer of 265.00. I wasn’t happy but I accepted just to get it over with and move on. Long story short it’s been 6 weeks since I sent my phone and I’ve not received payment yet. I’ve emailed at least a dozen times and when they do respond they act as if everything is great and it was just a inconvenient delay. I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB after seeing someone else had successfully done the same. Still have a little hope I get paid but I doubt it."
