They gave the best selling price for the phone on their website. After they received the phone, they got back to me once saying i have several issues in the phone. I had checked the phone before sending.
I told them to send it back to me if they don't agree with the status of the phone. Its been more than 3 weeks and no response.
Please don't go by their price, most likely you will not receive anything as i did not receive. I am not sure how they have good ratings. Stay away."

"In October 2022 I sent two devices. I put one as good and the other as fair as per their advice on the website for scratches and such. The first went through just fine. It took much longer than they said to get paid, but I received payment, and customer service was very responsive. This device was basically like new and VERY well taken care of The second device for whatever reason was locked to my carrier, and took a MONTH to get it unlocked. They were very nice and patient while I worked through my carriers ignorant issues. December 15th I was offered the new price after unlocking and recalculating for scratches. In reality I had accounted for the scratches, but the offer was still decent, so I accepted the new price and was to receive payment in 72 hours to the same payment method as the first device. I was extremely happy with the service so far, and was asked to do a trust pilot review. Of course I did! The stars of that review have fallen off over the last month. I was given the excuse of the holidays. Okay, I feel that. Then, it was my name didn’t match my bank account (the same account that the first payment went to) foul… They asked if I had Zelle. I gave them the info to send to Zelle. It has now been a month and four days since I accepted the new offer, and I have stopped receiving communication about my payment, or them sending the device back. This is the first place I have ever sold a phone to, and they have given me PTSD. Not only have they ruined my thoughts on them as a company, but all the other companies as well. I will only be selling anything if the payment is up front. They may offer a little more, but don’t waste your time…. specially if your device is less than dusty."

"Warning to others, this is not the place you want to go to sell your devices. I had a iphone 12 pro max with 256 gb- in mint condition. They made an offer of $555. I sent it in to them only because if i sold on ebay for >$600, with fees, it would have been about $550 anyway, so thought I sell directly. MISTAKE!
1) They receive the phone and don't respond to emails/phone calls. All of their voicemails are FULL. Had to contact police and then send them message letting them know a police report is being filed, and suddenly I got a call from them same day.
2) They took my offer down from $555 to $495. I was given $480 offer from Apple. Not only that, Apple gives your $480 + tax difference on the new phone so your total savings is $525 if I went with Apple. This guy not only send me $495, but sends it on Paypal as as product/service, so with Paypal fees, I got $480 total.
Why would I ever bother to go through these people when I could have received even more from Apple directly. This was a robbery. Save yourself."
