"I usually start my sell-back process by checking the Apple Trade-In price, then comparing with the many 3rd party companies. My iPhone Xs that was kept in a case with a screen cover its entire life and had minor scratches on the case. Icellglobal was offering the most for it, so I sent it in. I then received an email telling me they needed to reduce the price because the battery life was only 81% and they could "feel" 1 scratch. When I went through their grading algorithm, it mentioned nothing about battery % or "deep" scratches. The rep told me it was in the "fine print" which is buried in a link at the bottom of the check-out page. They ended up offering me LESS than Apple and less than the other 3rd parties I had received quotes from. This seems to be a "bait and switch" operation where they quote you the highest price for your phone, then when the get it, they offer much less knowing you will probably just accept. I won't be using them again and I advise the same to others."
