"Originally, because of slow response after receiving my device, I thought I fell for a scam. However after two emails to customer service, I received an update and payment shortly after. I am guessing they are short staffed like everyone else. I did not have any issues with the amount quoted and the amount paid- I had an iPhone XR I sent in good condition."

"They have had my phone in their possession for almost 2 weeks and have yet to pay me. They never told me they received the phone and were inspecting it. I had to email them after 72 hours asking when they would begin the inspection and pay me. First I emailed requesting the $10 bonus and they didn’t respond. So I sent another email to which they responded saying my phone passed inspection and was good to be paid out asking if I still wanted the $10 bonus. I haven’t heard from them since. I’ve emailed them every single day and they have yet to respond or pay me. I’ve already filed a complaint with the better business bureau which I’m sure they won’t respond to, but at least my complaint will remain public and it will show that they opted not to be honorable and didn’t resolve my complaint of paying me. This is gas money, grocery money, bills and medical expenses I could have paid off if I sent my phone to a reputable company."
"I select these folks because of some online recommendatIons. Apparently some those may have been paid for. I sent in an iPhone 8 Plus in good condition. The process was easy. I relieved an offer number and a USPS shipping label. I sent the the phone in 1/7/2022. When I hadn’t heard anything by 1/19/2022. I gave them a call. I had a hard time reaching them, and the voice mail for the number they provided had not been setup. So couldn’t leave a message. When I finally got someone on the phone they said the phone I sent in had a cracked screen and a lots of scratches on the back. Neither were true when I sent in the phone. When mentioned this and that I had a picture of the phone showing it was in good condition. The answer I was anyone can take a picture…. I asked that phone be sent back. We will see if happens. I should have picked a different service."

"I have been trying to get in touch with a person from this company on my payment that I have not received yet! I sent in my device, an iPhone 12 that arrived at the facility on 1/11/21 that was pretty much still new. Likewise, I had also called, as I was supposed to get an extra $10.00 for being a new customer. The details stated to email with my order number and form of where I wanted my payment to go and as soon as the device was on its way and tracking was confirmed the payment would be put in my account instantly. It was not, so I called to speak with someone, as I had received an email from them with a phone number to call. I was advised they would add the amount to my payment for the phone. The email stated my phone would be sent for inspection the next business day after receiving it and added to inventory. It also stated that I would be receiving my payment for the phone between 24-72 hours, depending on what payment I had selected at checkout. I still have not received any payment for either at this point. I have tried calling and emailing and have heard nothing back for the past few days. When I call the number listed on the website and email it rings then states to call back as the company has not set up a voicemail. I was hoping to give a good review to this company, but at this point, I just want my money for my phone that was promised me.

"iCellGlobal has so many high ratings because they offer a $10 bonus if you give them a 5 star rating when you send in your phone. Unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. They offered $250 for a 1 year old phone, but when they received it they claimed it was not fully paid and offered me $99. Multiple times I confirmed with the carrier that it was paid in full but iCellGlobal would not change the price. I gave up, verbally accepted their offer and never received payment. They stole my phone. They are very disreputable and I encourage you to go somewhere else. "

"This company is a scam, do not sell your phones to them unless you want them to steal it from you. I have proof that after sending them a Galaxy 21S Ultra that I was supposed to get paid $628 dollars, they never paid or returned the phone. I have called more than 20 times and email them more then 10 times without any replay or courtesy call back. If this is how they rip-off customers they will be out of business soon. I am preparing a collective malpractice lawsuit against them with my lawyer with all the people that have been scam by them. Below is the offer from them so can not claim that this is false.
