"I sent them my iPhone with only two very small thin scratches that you could barely even see they quoted me for $305 and for some odd reason for a whole week I didn’t hear nothing from them. so I emailed them today to find out what’s going on and he sends me a message saying that they had to re-look at my device and can only give me $200 after re-inspecting it he then proceeds to send me a video of my device scratched up which was not how my device was when I sent it to him just like another person mentioned their device came back scratched and not in the condition that was sent to them. so now I can’t even have them send my phone back because since they damaged it there’s no way for me to just sell it it’s pretty much useless and I think it’s ridiculous that they quote for one thing and then once they have your phone they do whatever they want with it and then give you a lesser amount of money On top of lie about what actually happened to your device and what they did to it because I guarantee you they are going to then resell my device for way more than what they actually gave me because it’s nothing to replace the screen with a cheap Chinese one. I think what they do is grimy. If you sell them your device take videos and pictures because they will lie and act like they don’t know or blame it on a screen protector when everyone knows the screen protector is going to protect your phone from getting scratched up whether it’s a liquid one or a plastic one"
