"Don't waste your time - you're a fool to believe they will pay you quickly and the correct amount
This review is not incentivized, obviously. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Cuz they will take a lot of your time, and when you need someone, nobody answers the phone and they have a "voice mailbox that hasn't been set up," and to get email responses you'll have to chase them over and over. When you finally get a human on the other end, they will give you some BS excuse about your phone not being in the condition indicated on the quote - but, without being able to provide any specifics or any information about how they come to this conclusion. To get your phone back, after weeks of waiting just to get an answer about the status, you will find out they only ship phones back on Fridays....more time wasted. I wish I would've just gone with another company. Even if they offer a little less, go with a company that is reputable and is well-known. Don't be fooled by the offers for quick payment and extra money if you leave good reviews. At the end of the day, its all worthless when you've sent your phone and you can't get in touch and haven't been paid. Empty promises."
"I entered my phone got the shipping label and sent my phone in I received notification from usps that they’d received it. I since then haven’t heard anything they have not emailed me they have not called or sent my anything saying hey we got your phone moving on to next steps nothing. They’re all about customer service and yet no one answers their phone and you can not leave a message I have emailed them 6 times now with 4 different emails thinking hey reach back to me with any of them and no they haven’t I went on to call them at least 30 times over the past two days thinking maybe some one just wasn’t in the office so I woke up early in case of time zones and I proceeded to call all day long not once did anyone answer. Still as of yet I have not heard anything from them "

"I sent my phone to icellglobal on 12/6/21. I didn't hear anything for two weeks, so I called on 12/22/21. I was told they would look into it and get back to me the same day. It is now 1/3/22, and I still haven't heard anything. I've tried calling but no reponse. Stay away!"

"Got the highest quote from this company and decided to take the risk. The package was received and status updated into my account fairly quickly (2-3 business days?) and then it fell off my radar with the holidays. I realized I never got my payout and emailed the company who promptly responded and ensured a pay out within 72 hours. Payment was received as promised. Despite the delay and some need to follow up on my part, I would still recommend this company. "
