2. Return is not free as adv on sellcell.com. We have disagreement on my iPhone's condition (level of scratch). I requested free return and they rejected. Inquired why 'Free Returns' in adv and what's the meaning of 'Activation locked devices do NOT qualify for free returns.' in email. They responded only pay one-way and adv is misstated, will correct immediately on August 14 which has not been corrected as of September 11.
3. Scratch increased. My iPhone had no scratch on back when shipped to them but returned phone has scratch.
4. Missing accessories in return packaging. Original box was not returned.
5. Return packaging is irresponsible and unprofessional. I sent in robust carton box and requested my original packaging as return packaging. They sent my phone with 4 layers of bubble wrap in USPS Priority Mail Mailing Envelope, no hard protect.
6. Return process is slow. They returned my phone after 6 days I sent prepaid return label."
