"I booked via iEagle and was contacted to verify credit card. First off, the voicemail was nearly incomprehensible as the person leaving the msg had a very strong Indian accent and spoke very fast. He said we needed to verify our credit card. iEagle had made a small (less than $1) charge on our credit card and he wanted to know how much that was. We logged into our Chase account and told him the amount. We could also see the actual flight charge. After confirming, we ended the call. The next day my wife received calls from iEagle again asking for card verification. My wife was out on a run for several hours and did not respond. When we called. back, they said her flight was cancelled because we never responded."
"It is definitely horrible service i ever have. Due to the airline cancelled entire flight, and they have confirmed full refund with no charge. I called iEagle 6 times already. They kept saying wait wait wait and have to wait. it's been about 3 weeks after I make the first call, they are still saying no processing and I have to wait. I did not received any email regarding about this refund process, and the only thing I can do is just to wait for unknown situation. It's been so much painful to communicate with them through phone. I defiantly not recommended this agency and will not have any business with them. "

Airline confirmed both verbally and in writing that my flight can be cancelled with no cancellation charges, they refuse to refund me. I called more than 5 times and provided all sorts of evidence. They still refuse to refund me.

"We had to refund our tickets and we're charged $315 per ticket plus another $200. They also make YOU PAY THEM $230 dollars in fees before they will process a refund. In the end we paid over $1000 in fees to get a small portion of our money back. They also claimed there was nothing they could do which is a lie. Sound like extortion?... Stay away from Indian eagle"
