"This agency is a scam I would never use ieagle again i had to change the return date on my ticket and they charged me an additional 460.00 dollars that was okay then two days before i was to leave they switched air carriers on me then said that they would refund the money and sorry for the change that they would pay the 460.00 for me needless to say i thought that was nice of them i got back home a month later and my bank charged my account 460.00 then i just said okay they lied then the following month this airline agency ieagle get in touch with me and asks me for my credit card number so that they can charge my credit card again so they can give me a refund ( i think this person thought i was dumb or something i do not know) well i told him no they are not charging my card again for nothing . this agency kept calling me harassing me the guys name is vishil i think a agent from india this is what his accent sounds like anyway he called me and i let my husband listen in on the phone and he told my husband that i agreed to him charging my credit card 498.00 he did not know i was listening and i yelled out no i did not and my husband told him he will not be getting another dime from us . i hung up on him and why would this person need my credit card information to give a refund we offered him a address to send the money to and he refused he said he needed my credit card information we told him no this is a scam and i will never use ieagle again and advise anyone wanting to use them to steer clear so you won't get scammed"
