"Whatever iEagle can offer, go directly to the airline instead. These guys are a re-seller, which means they make any itinerary changes a nightmare muddled in confusion and frustration. To add to it, their customer service is impatient and rude. I tried to change my return flight date and adjust the route so as to not have a bunch of stops. Not only do they charge an outrageous change flight fee, but they were completely unwilling to work with me on the route. To add to this pleasurable experience, the customer service rep was audibly raising his voice and treating me incredibly disrespectfully. I've learned my lesson, not only will I never use iEagle or recommend to anyone I know, but I will never book through a 3rd party again. Thanks for the painful lesson, iEagle.
