"Items were returned to sender. I contacted iHerb and they issued a refund that didn't even cover the item price. Note that they haven't issued a full refund for the item price yet, or any of the sales tax. I messaged them back and they are refusing to refund sales tax, telling me I need to contact the state. This is illegal AND a horrible business practice. I escalated the issue and am hoping they will resolve it - if not, I will contact my credit card company."

I received several emails to this effect. Then they sent one cracker box, and said the rest would come soon. After several weeks, I got another email saying they would not do this. "IHerb uses a delivery service who left my package outside my office on the street in an unprotected area overnight. They arrived after. The office was closed and left the package outside the front door. Poor method of delivery vs ups type services"
"We bought in 45€ and the currier they work with wanted to charge us additional 35€ , when we decided not to pay this outragous amount of money they told us in the chat that they cannot refund for us the money so either we pay extra money or we dont and recieve nothing. When i tried to chat with them they sent me generic messages and didnt even tried to help, i even asked if they can deliver it to another country and i will pay extra , they claim its impossible. Very very very bad service and its really scamming people out of their money.

They used to be ok, but with the new owners, they will cheat and steal from you if they could get away with it.
Their customer service is nonexistent, they don't even have a phone number anymore, that should tell you all you need to know.
If you are unsatisfied in any way, you will NOT be compensated, even of you had a defective item, or missing item or any other reason. You will also be incurred additional charges from their shipping partners that are not disclosed during checkout.
