"This company is not well run when it comes to the shipping process and cancellation of orders. I ordered a set of keys with the website's promise of receiving them "within 2-5 business days." 10 business days later, I still had no car keys (obviously an enormous inconvenience for me). I called to ask where my order was, and though the person on the phone seemed very nice and helpful, she told me, "We sent an e-mail saying they were currently on backorder and won't be available until [a few days from now]," which was untrue. I never received any such e-mail. I then told her to just cancel my order because I could not wait that long. She claimed that she cancelled the order, but then 2 days later my keys arrived in my mailbox (which I no longer needed). To their credit, the keys appeared to be what I had originally ordered, so at least their products appear to be legitimate. I called the company a 2nd time to tell them I cancelled my order and did not want these keys anymore. They told me to just ship the keys back and they'll cancel the charge. I shipped the keys back, and 11 days later I still have the charge on my account. I called them one final time to give them a chance to remove the charge, but I sat on hold for roughly 15 minutes with no answer. Their on-hold line is terribly irritating too, as it doesn't just keep you on hold like any normal business line I've ever experienced. Their line will repeatedly ask you every 15 seconds to either leave a voice-mail or push any number to continue staying on hold. When you're forced to wait 15+ minutes to speak to a live person, this is an incredibly irritating requirement. I finally just called my credit card company to cancel the charge. The only reason I didn't do that to begin with was because I thought this company would be able to simply cancel an unwanted charge. I was wrong.
[edit] Again to their credit, their customer service representatives appear to be helpful and kind. The women I originally spoke with sounded very nice (although they never actually cancelled my charge). One of them even called me to tell me that I could just write "rejected" on the package for USPS to ship it back for free rather than having me pay to ship it back. I also just received a call from one of their service managers to apologize for the issues I had been having, which was nice and unexpected.
If this company streamlines their shipping and communications processes, then based on my interactions with their customer service and the products they shipped that I actually saw, I would recommend them in the future."

"I ordered a 2005 Prius Electronic key from them on 7/23/12. They indicate on their web site you are saving $100+ over buying from Toyota. I was buying the key to replace one of my original smart electronic keys that had stopped working on one of its functions. The key I received in the mail from them on 7/27/12 was obviously used. I called them today and said I did not expect to receive a 7 year old used key for my $170. I was informed it was a "refurbished key." I said I did not order a "refurbished key." I asked if she had any new replacement keys which I could get and she said no.
She said she would send me an email authorizing me to return the key. By the end of the day I did not receive the email as promised. It is Friday and I will have to wait until next week for further communication with them.
The invoice describes my purchase as: "Smartkey - 3 Button Silver Toyota Logo on Back for a 2005 Toyota Prius." Nowhere does it say "new" "used" or "refurbished."
I would not recommend using this dealer as their dealings with me smell of "bait and switch.""
"Their instructions on how to program the remote I purchased for a 2005 Toyota Sequoia did not work. My wife and I attempted, atleast 15 times, exactly what the instructions showed, but we couldn't even get it to respond to the "automatic cycle" stage of the programming process. We varified that the FCC ID number on the remote we received from iKeyless matched the other remote we had for the car. Customer Service at iKeyless said that there must be something wrong with the car and that I would have to take it to the Toyota Dealer to get the remote programmed, which I did. It cost me $110 and they said there was nothing wrong with the keyless entry system on the car. Ofcourse, I have no idea if the offer from iKeyless to provide "free" programming instructions with their products typically work or not. Good luck if you decide to order from them. "
"I found iKeyless when looking to replace my fob. They had the best pricing as well as addt'l product. I had never seen "fob skins" and bought one. Delivery was fast and upon opening, found I ordered the wrong skin. I emailed late one night and had a response the next morning. The rep said to save me time, the correct one was on it's way with a prepaid return label. I've worked in customer service for 25+ years and this went well above my expectations. Go iKeyless."
