"I was referred by someone that got a new keyless remote.I got on the order site and ordered a keyless remote for a 02 Saturn L series.
First class shipping, received package 9 days later.
Opened package and found remote looked like it was thrown out a window at 60mph.
Called customer service and inquired about the quality of this product. I was told that they do not have any new remotes for Saturn,all they had was refurbished.
I explained that I did not see that anywhere on the web site.
I was told that it was in the disclaimer when you pay online.I went back to the web site to make sure I was not in error and found that I was correct.
I explained I explained how I was not happy with the product and the customer service lady explained to me that no one makes those remotes anymore.
I asked for the information to return their product and was told that they would send me the info via email in 24 hours.
So,I have wasted almost 2 weeks of my time. I would recommend comparing other companies before purchasing from this company.
