"Bought a Toyota smartkey from Ikeyless. Couldn't get it programmed. Took it to two different Toyota dealers. The second dealer said that in order to follow Ikeyless's "Dealer programming instructions", he would have to charge me $200 whether it worked or not. Ikeyless assured me that it would work. It did not. Toyota could not program the key. Because I didn't get the key programmed within Ikeyless's 90 return policy, they won't give me a refund. And I'm out $400. Ikeyless offered a replacement key. However, I'm not willing to pay any more "up front" programming charges. Both dealers told me that about 75-80% of aftermarket keys cannot be programmed. Be careful, you might not be saving money."

First a "backorder" that they didn't tell me about until I inquired, then they sent the wrong item, wouldn't pay return postage, etc. Avoid these clowns."
"I am very pleased with the service we received from ikeyless. We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly we received our order and the keys woked perfectly. We also ordered two remotes for our new (used) vehicle and only after spending an inordinate amount of time trying to program the remotes did we discover that the car doesn't have keyless entry capabilities! "Very disappointed. While order took about two weeks for delivery, when I opened the envelope I found a beat-up old remote. And no instructions. Order form didn't say 'used', but it did say programming instructions included with order. I pulled the owners manual and found directions.
Then the 'new' remote wouldn't program. So I went and bought a new battery. Still won't respond.

"Purchased 2 Lexus keys and a key finder. Received the keys and when I tried to get them cut I couldn't find a lock smith within a 100 miles radius of my home that could cut them. Due to an illness I wasn't able to take them to a Lexus dealer to have them cut. Upon recovering I made an appointment with Lexus to have them cut. Which by the way was free. When I got there I was told that they are after-market keys and they have had problems with them breaking off in the ignition. So I called and tried to return the keys and was told that 30 days has past and they would not refund my money. No exceptions....They knew darn well that a locksmith would not cut them. "I ordered from ikeyless 2 weeks ago and since then I have not received any news from them, no shipping confirmation, no item I ordered. They charged my credit card though. When I sent them emails they replied that they had sent me an email about my order being on back order. I did not receive any emails from them about back order. Later I read other negative reviews about this company and some of the reviewers had similar experience with mine - they were told by the ikeyless rep that an email about a back order had been sent to them while those reviewers distinctly remembered bot receiving any emails from ikeyless. It's weird to me that the company prefers to lie to customers instead of just notifying that the order will be sent later....
I do NOT recommend this website to anyone. I am going to dispute the transaction on my credit card and will try to warn other buyers whenever possible to AVOID this seller.
Update: although I did receive my order a day after I posted my review I still would not recommend this website. 1) it seems like their reps have no idea what is going on with your order. In my example, a rep who replied to my complaint assured me that my order would be shipped in no more than a week presumably starting from the date he replied. I received my order in a day after he said that, and while I was happy with this outcome I had an impression that he had no idea what he was talking about giving me a false information (apparently at the moment he was saying my order would be shipped, the order was already half way through to its destination); 2) website does not give exact information about their products; they didnt indicate that the remote I ordered is not new. Again, while I am content with what I got, a refurbished or used remote, I would appreciate to know in advance what kind of product I order..."

"We purchased a keyless remote for our daughters car, and unfortunately it will not work with this car. The instructions as far as how to install were very good as well as the online video. I wish the site would have been explained better as to if it would work with this particular vehicle or not. It just asked for the make model and year, not asking if it had a chip key. We bought the vehicle used, and thought if it had automatic locks, the keyless remote would work. Unfortunately it will not. They were very helpful when we spoke to them on the phone and will be refunding our money as well as the shipping charge. We will use them in the future if needed. Thank you "
