"The keyless entry remote I ordered from iKeyless was absolutely brand new, OEM for my year, brand and model car. Unfortunately, I subsequently discovered that my car did not have a keyless remote entry control system and that such system would have been expensive to install. I decided to return the remote, which I did without any problem.
I did note that the sheet containing the programming instructions sent with the remote contained more than one set of instructions and I had to spend some time deciding which one applied to my car. I called Customer Service and suggested that only one set of instructions, applicable to the car for which the remote was ordered, be sent so as not to confuse the customer. The representative was very receptive to the suggestion and indicated she would pass it on for further consideration. Overall, I was very pleased with Customer Service and iKeyless, and will purchase from the company again in the future should the need arise.

"ikeyless is great! I ordered a keyless remote for my Mitsubishi Lancer from ikeyless and it was mailed to me quickly, three days after my order was put in. It came with easy to use instructions with how to reprogram the remote. Unfortunately I ended up finding my original remote, so i had to return it. When I requested an RMA number which is needed for returns all I had to do was send a quick e-mail to support at ikeyless and Josh responed to my e-mail right away. It was so easy for me to recieve my refund! If I ever needed another remote for my car I would definitely purchase from ikeyless agian!"
"1 bought 2 fob remotes for my Ford Explorer.I could not get them to program to the car. I called the company and waited for Josh send me more instructions. I read those instructions and then the remote worked once and then stopped, each time I would program it. I contacted the company again and they told me to buy some new batteries and that this is not a problem they were familiar with. The new batteries did not help. They sent me two more remotes. Believe it or not, they do the same thing. Now I have 4 remotes from this company that do not work. I finally went to the dealer and bought one from them. I have no problem with the one from the dealer!!! The nice man at the dealer tried to program all 4 of my remotes from ikeyless and he concluded with they do not work. Ikeyless will not give me a refund because of how long ago the purchase was made.
The company has contacted me since complaint and since I bought remote from dealer they were able to conclude they sent me the wrong remotes. I'm glad they figured out the problem and sent me two that work. So their products work , however I spent 60 on a remote from dealer that I can not return to get the problem fixed. In the end I have 3 remote for a little over a 100$ when I was suppose to have 2 for a little over 40$.
If you know exactly what u need then I recommend the company, if not go to dealer. "

"BUYER BEWARE Terrible company with bad customer service. We ordered what we thought was a new key fob and 2 and a half weeks later no key fob. When we called the company they told us the item has not been shipped yet. We asked to cancel our order and were told we would get a full refund. Two days later the USED key shows up after it was supposedly canceled. I mail it back on my own dime and later receive a refund minus their shipping and handling charges. We bought 2 BRAND NEW fobs with keys that were laser cut and programmed from the dealership for less than this one used key from a business with bad ethics!"
