"I was very pleased with my experience with iKeyless. I called as I had not received my purchase and Josh was kind enough to research and found that I should receive it that day and sure enough it was received. I then found that I did not have a keyless entry system installed and had to have an aftermarket entry system installed. My car's computer for some reason will not communicate with the FOB so even though the FOB is OK, my car's computer isn't.... I'm trying to return because I have another working remote and do not need the iKeyless remote anymore. Their return policy says that this is fine as long as you get an RA number within 30 days of purchase.

I have had to send multiple return requests over 6 days (to customer service and their returns email) and have finally gotten the RA on the 6th day.

The returns process took way too long. Disappointed because reviews I read before purchasing said that returns were super easy. Not this time."
