"I purchased a keyless entry for my vehicle on October 17th,2011. Ikeyless was paid by my bank account on 10/19/11. It is November 11th and I have not received my keyless remote. I have put in "tickets" from their website only to be told that there was a problem with the order and they were shipping my order that day. That was at the end of October. I have called and left two messages with Jason asking to have my calls returned. I have not received any calls back to date. I noticed that they respond to negative feedback quickly,so I have no choice but to leave negative feedback in order to get this issue taken care of. I have paid for a product and did not receive it.

On November 14th I was contacted by Jeremy at IKeyless. I received my keyless remote the next day and was able to program it sucessfully. Even though there was some kind of mix up which delayed my order-Ikeyless did resolve the issue and I am happy with the product. I will shop with them again. Thanks Jeremy!"

"I placed an order for a keyless entry remote which I received promptly in 3-5 business days as promised only to discover the used vehicle I had purchased was not equipped for keyless entry as I had been told. I called ikeyless in order to obtain return information which I received prompt and couteous service via phone and as the customer service rep had told me I also received my return information promptly as well and making a return for full purchase price as well as shipping/handling charges which many companies will not do, so if I receive the credit I have been promised, I would highy recommend ikeyless to anyone as well as use them myself for future needs....Lynn, Alabama"

I filled out a "ticket" on ikeyless.com, and attempted to phone ikeyless several times over two days, but was never able to reach a human being.
