"Slow delivery and poor communication. I live in a neighboring state and it took 12 days for me to receive my FOB. I emailed after 8 days and did not get a response so i called. They said that they did not know why my order did not ship immediately as advertised but I should see it in 4-5 days."
"I happened across the iKeyless website when I was searching for a replacement for a key and remote entry device for our 2001 Alero. Hard to find, since they no longer make the car. The website was incredibly easy to use, had what I needed, and when I called to get more information the customer service person was knowledgeable and courteous. I received my order within 5 days (correctly). I like the fact that you can order on line but if you need personal assistance there is a phone number you can call to speak to someone. THAT is customer service, so don't lose that part. My order, though small, was handled professionally and with care. Thank you."
"These people are crooks. I called after reading terrible reviews first thing monday after a sunday night purchase. I was told that my order was canceled and that I would get a refund by end of business on monday 10/24/11 Called on Wednesday 10/26/11 talked to Jason who sent me a confirmation cancelation email and said the refund would happen that day. It is now Friday 10/28/11 still no refund. Emailed them yesterday left message today. What will it take to get my money backs from these people. Horrible customer service had to mention the Attorney General for them to agree to cancel the order and return my money. I guess that is my next contact. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I was contacted by ikeyless by email to tell me I was wrong.No you did not process the payment on the 26th it was the 28th and didn't show up until the 29th on my account statement. Which tells me that it was processed after I put in my review. What ever you say does not change the fact that I was promised a refund at end of business on the 24th. Then told by Jason that the refund did not go through because your shipping department comes to work and had processed the order before I called which was at 6 am PST when I was assured that the order was canceled and the refund would go through by end of business. Liars!!!!!!!!

"I ordered two generic ikeyless remotes for my 2002 tundra. After locating my ECU I tried to program the new remotes without any luck. When I called ikeyless for assistance they were very helpful, responsive and patient with me. They even reprogrammed the remotes in case they had lost the 2002 tundra programming during their mailing. When I again tried to program them I discovered the reset button on my ECU unit was broken so I would not be able to program any key less entry remotes without replacing it. ikeyless allowed me to return the remotes without any hassle."
