"I have ordered from inetvideo about a half a dozen times and have nothing but positive experiences. Their prices are really good and their customer service follows suit.

A great example of their stellar service: I once had a parcel that got lost in the mail (an extended version of 1 of the LOTR movies) and upon calling them they immediately sent out a replacement. (I have had other online retailers give me the "we will look into this/file claim/ect.." and that takes forever + 1 day to get a replacement or refund.
They have actually taken some of my business from away from Amazon.
