"I was impressed to find a rare DVD advertised on that site at a very reasonnable price, even for a second hand copy. I received my order promptly but unfortunately, the DVD that I received weas not the proprer one. The title was the same but it was not the same movie that was advertised on their website and the cover showing on th ewebsite was not the same.

I sent them an email about it this morning and I am waiting for a resolution of the problem.

Part 2: I quickly received an apology from INetVideo and an offer was made for replacing the wrongly sent item with another title. I responded that I was looking specifically for the original DVD I had ordered. As they did not have it, they told me to keep the other DVD they had sent me by mistake and they credited my credit card for the full amount of the original order. I am very satisfied with the way this company has professionnaly and courteously resolved the problem. Thank you"
