"Pros:
1. My orders have always been processed and delivered in a timely fashion.
2. When I received a faulty DVD, I returned it and it was quickly replaced without a lot of fuss and bother.
3. Your Canadian. Dealing with one postal system is sad, dealing with 2 is sadistic.

Cons:
1. I receive, on average, what seems like a sales email daily. Too much! I never respond to sales, however, I can understand the business motive. Let's compromise...a sincere sale once a week, I can live with.
2. I appreciate, in fact, depend in your search engine to find movies. It would be enormously enhanced if I could search by author (Louis Lamour, Mark Twain) and actor (Clint Eastwood, Clark Gable).
3. When I am shopping for movies, it can take considerable time. If I get called away, and even if I leave the site link open, the movies and/or games disappear from my shopping cart. Is there a way to avoid this?

Canadian company, that despite having a physical presence on US side of the border, takes too long to ship, no tracking... they charge a very high shipping and "handling" fee. AND you get charged a foreign currency exchange fee. WTF???? Be very careful with this seller. I still haven't received my order despite the high shipping charges.
