"I short the emails and messages I left went unresponsive, finally called in and caught a rep. Put me on hold came back and said I was past there return date when I reach out day one of getting the item. And the rep talked over me and interrupted contastantly. Doesn’t matter how many emails once they ignore you and they are past your return date they tell you good luck. Overstock uses them and may help. But for now I wouldn’t trust them ever again. "

"I don't know who to be more frustrated with- Walmart or Isave. I ordered a water filter and the one that came had obviously already been opened and tried. The box was a mess. I went to Walmart because that is who I ordered it from. I got the third party vendor story but the Customer Service person seemed to think that I could email or call and they would give me a return label. I wish I had known it was coming from these folks and could check reviews BEFORE I bought. I do not know what it is going to cost but it is going back as cheaply as possible. Because Walmart has apparently been doing business from them for some time and heard complaints they have ignored, I won't buy from Walmart again either. They came up when I did a search for the filter replacement. "
"the website keeps coming up with a error, so it won't go through to seller. Now i see all the bad reviews and i can see it's on purpose so you can not return wrong items. Third time this has happened buying from these 3rd party sellers off the walmart website. Return rules, nothing but reasons why they will reduce the item when they get it back. Terrible customer service as we see more and more of this in today's markets."
"I ordered two expensive air filter replacemenets. The air filiters were ociked up and packed with severe edge bending and cardboard vents pulled apart. Not only did I have to send pictures, they then wanted box damage so Walmart could get money back from FedEx. It was Walmart packing employees that damaged the filters, not FedEx.
My very last time ordering from Walmart. I still did not receive a refund. I immediately reported the damage within an hour of receiving. Amazon from now on. i do not have time for hassles for them trying to say it is mnot their fault. "
