"i went to walmart.com i saw isave selling a asus dvd internal dvd burner for over 400 bucks now the real retail price is around 20 bucks on respectable sites like amazon walmart.com and even some not so respectable like ebay so i started investigating this retailer first i found was the reviews 80% of the reveiws consisted of the seller advertising one thing and giving you another or part of another either way you just got ripped off 1000's of reviews their site and the same on other sites they sell on so it would be wise to avoid isave now the other 20% of the reviews appeared to be fake written maybe paid reviewers some reviews were jumbled not even listed in the correct product one review really got me laughing a woman bought a lamp from them when the lamp arrived she had found she bought a box she paid 140 bucks she contacted isave they agreed to refund her money she wrote that it has been 1yr 1month and no refund"
"I ordered an Ashley Lulu Twin over Twin Bunk Bed from them, and it was advertised for $93.54. I thought I had found and incredible deal and couldn't believe it, I triple checked to make sure it wasn't just a single bed or parts for the bed and it specifically listed that it was the bunk bed with ladder and side rails and had two beds that could un-stack. So I placed my order and have been waiting with some excitement, along with my son and daughter.
I knew someone had messed up the price because when I went to show my mom a few hours later the price had jumped to $399! Which I thought was unbelievable and thought I was very fortunate to catch the other price.
I got a phone call the next week stating that even though it was listed as the bunk bed that it was actually just the slats for the bed and not the twin over twin bunk bed that was advertised. I told them that's not what was advertised and they should follow through with what I ordered and send me what was there, and when you click on the order it still takes you to the twin over twin bunk bed (which is now listed as $474.99)
The point is that it isn't my fault, and I ordered something for a certain price and they should send it to me for that price. I didn't get an apology or try to smooth it over or anyone saying they were at fault. They said they could issue a refund and that was all.
Now after reading reviews I am glad I didn't get it because it probably would have been broken or not had all the pieces. I am also not sure I will ever see my refund either!
I wish I would have seen the 1 star rating on the iSave and saved myself some time.

I made an order for a product worth over $1500 and my card got declined. To my knowledge of a card transaction, at that moment the order was void unless I ask them to recharge or they ask me if they could recharge the card. I decided to use another card and purchase the merchandise a little later so I emailed and asked them not to recharge my card. However, a few days later behind my back they made 3 attempts and one went through. They shipped out the merchandise and sent me a tracking number. That's when I got to know they made a charge again on my card. I called them and asked about the unauthorized charge(It put me in a financial trouble) A rep said if a card gets declined they would make another charge (without the knowledge of the card holder) because Walmart, Amazon.com and everybody do it too and in their case if the second one gets declined again then they would call the customer. (I have never heard about that...it is like saying everyone walks across a red light so you can do it too....) Well they charged not one more time only but 3 more times...looking like they were going to charge my card till it went through... He talked to me like I am totally wrong and had to understand and accept their way of charging credit cards. He said If I want to return the merchandise, I have to pay for the entire shipping and a 15% restocking fee. At the end the rep said the conversation is recorded and they will use it if I make a dispute against them. OK….Now I must get back my money back from this company and contacted my card issuer to file a dispute. The rep at my card company said I was right; I had to give isave.com another authorization before they could charge my card again. Yeah I did not place an order for the charge they made.
After a while, a lady from isave.com called me to go over the issue. She asked me to refuse the shipment to UPS, looking like she was admitting the fact they made unauthorized charges on my card, and once they get back the merchandise they would issue a refund. I expected a full refund of course.
I did refuse the shipment and after a LONG while they received the merchandise, they REFUNDED THE MONEY BUT NOT IN FULL. THESE GUYS TOOK AWAY THE RESTOCKING AND SHIPPING FEE FROM THEIR UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE. I AM GOING TO GO AFTER THEM TO GET BACK THE DIFFERENCE.

"I placed an order with Shop.com (see my review for them - at least I'm giving them 2 stars) on August 10th. The item was to be fulfilled by iSave.com. My credit card was charged the same day. A week later I received an email from Shop.com that iSave had cancelled my order. No explanation was given. I emailed Shop.com to find out what happened and was told that iSave did not have the product in inventory. Not even back ordered - just no product and they didn't know when, or if, they'd have it again.
Warning - if you order a product from iSave, or for a product through Shop.com that gets fulfilled by iSave, prepare yourself for waiting for a week and then being told that the product is not available. Supposedly iSave issued a refund to my credit card today. That remains to be seen.
Avoid these clowns if at all possible."
