I will never order from either company again. Isave does not answer their phone. You cannot complain."

"Horrible Service! Stay Away! Order was suppose to come with in 2-5 business days. I paid with PayPal and got receipt from Paypal, but no e-mail conformation from isave.com. After two days I called and after on hold for a while I got someone service rep from a third world country. He said the item was back ordered and would arrive to their warehouse for at least a week. Not only did they not confirm my order they didn't tell me that it would arrive for a VERY LONG TIME!!!!"
"Canceled order without notification. Item removed from website. Should have checked other reviews first. Apparently they use amazon as their website and anything you find on their (actual) website isn't really available. Still a charge ($$$) on my account, I'll give that a few days before calling, but why waste your time with this company? I wouldn't given that they didn't even bother notifying that they decided to cancel my order. "

"Simply terrible customer service. I ordered the item which was described as: Jabra Ear Cushion GN2100 lthr Plate 2pk 0440-149. What I received was one ear cushion, assembled together as a plate and foam cushion. I called customer service and after 4 tries got through and they told me:
1. They have no more of those items
2. They cannot give me a price break on the item. I could have returned it, but it wasn't worth the additional aggravation."
"Indeed, iSave saved me money. And aggravation. And anxiety. I messed up the transaction by placing the order twice. I called and it was fixed FAST. They shipped my phone FAST (it arrived days before I expected it). Being a techno-phoebe, I spent two weeks staring at the phone and the directions before attempting to set it up. Once attempted, it was clear that the phone had a flaw (wouldn’t recharge). I called and they emailed a return invoice FAST. I shipped the broken phone and had a new one at my door in under a week (including the process of mailing it to them). Did I say FAST yet? The new phone works perfectly. And through the entire process the support was great, always pleasant and helpful. I recommend these guys with great enthusiasm. Seldom has an experience been this good. Not only are they FAST; they are also kind. These are not words I get to use much anymore. Thank you, iSave. "
"iSave.com is the worst website you ever want to order online for any product. I bought a Motorolla H730 blue tooth which was termed as brand new. I got a device which was mal functional. And when I called them up to return or replace the device they mentioned I had to pay for the shipping. I mean whats this they sent a defective product and they asked me to pay for it to return it back.People please be cautions about this website before you place the order."
"I made a purchase on 05/14/11 and it arrived on 05/24/11. I received one component of what I had ordered. They authorized a return and they received it back on 05/26/11 via USPS Priority Mail. A week later I called to check the status of my return/exchange and was told that the item was not available and that a refund/credit was pending. I was told that it would be processed that day, 06/01/11. I was told four other times. After five e-mails, five phone calls, a Paypal dispute filed and the threat of an escalated claim through PayPal and my credit card company, I received a full refund to my Paypal account on 06/11/11 Stay away from isave.com. I would recommend using PayPal for payment. They have systems in place through their Resolution center to protect the buyer from this type of seller. I also found that isave.com is a third party vendor for Sears.com. Sears was very interested in how isave.com was treating their customers. I never did receive the $10.00 return shipping that I was told would be credited to my account. Lesson learned. I would give 0 out of 5 if I could. Again, stay away from isave.com."
"I bought a model #6052 V-Tech portable phone from Sears.com on Dec 3 2010 and received phone on Dec 14,2010. After a month and half one receiver quit working. E-mailed Sears.com about problem and they said they don't honor third party distributors which was isave.com. Called isave.com Feb 22, 2011 this morning and they won't honor a return for new phone and they told me to call V-tech. V-tech said they don't make this phone any longer. Will never do business again with isave.com or Sears.com "
"DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! The iSave web site misidentified the "base" required to register the Vtech phones I purchased from them. When I couldn't get the new phones to sync up with my "base", I called Vtech tier 1 tech support. They told me that iSave's site info did not sync w/Vtech specs & that iSave's Vtech phones would not function with my base unit. I called iSave & spoke to a processing supervisor who told me she would a)email a return form to me and b) waive the re-stocking fees, etc. The supervisor did not email the return form & I had to call customer service who a) disconnected me while on hold and b) hung up when I called back & identified myself. A 3rd call to customer service yielded the desired result & I returned the phones with all original packaging & manuals, etc. THEN, after paying for return shipping iSave charged me ~ 30% in fees on a $79. order (after telling me they would not charge anything). Total cost to me for the return of this product: 50% of the purchase price. I was never abusive nor argumentative with the iSave staff. Unfortunately, civility does not seem to impress them. If you want to risk experiencing unimaginably poor customer service, iSave is the way to go. Otherwise, use another source."
"Would not do any business with this company. Placed an order which I recieved on time. Upon opening I noticed that there was no owners manual,installation disc and that the phone was for a Comcast network I have Verizon(no mention of this in the ad). I returned phones at a cost to me of $15 (they will not pay for return shipping). I called when they subtracted 15% for a restocking fee which I asked them not to do and explained it in a letter as this was not my fault and that I had already paid to ship item back. They said they had no record of a letter in the file. After being placed on hold 3 times they agreed to split the restocking charges with me(another sign of great customer service right!). I said no and would file a dispute with the credit card company. I feel that this business is set up so that it is a win win for them. No matter what happens they are going to make money on the item (you keep the item they make money,you send it back at your expense they charge 15% restocking fee, if item is not recieved in the same packaging,etc.,etc. another 15% fee. It is businesses like this that will ruin peoples confidence in purchasing anything off the internet unless from a well known "Big Box" store. To bad for the honest small businesses that are just tring to compete with a competitive product and price. Thanks for reading I hope this helps you from making a big mistake. "
